sorry for the later post but i wanted to get the weekly newsletter out as well at the same time.  we did not have as much of a turnaround this week but we still managed to get a few snippits of audio. we did have a special guest in the form of lloyd davis thou which was nice!

i've been dabbling around with groups on ping.fm so i do not create duplication of status updates when autoposting out of posterous. In the process i have created additional targets to send to thou that posterous currently does not support and this works well to update the services i do not frequent regular but still have eyeballs looking at them.

i put together a simple screencast of the grouping feature of ping.fm but also talked about using su.pr and hootsuite regarding scheduling tweets. i created this screencast so that karen and jason from @buddhistpodcast could get used to the idea of using su.pr, ping.fm and hootsuite as part of their twitter annoucement release cycle for the fortnightly audio podcast show from http://abuddhistpodcast.com and to raise some viewer traffic for the bambuser livestream 'behind the scenes' show they started doing recently.
