a good show this week - and we think we fixed the frame rate problem. all we need to do now is get a better camera that we can white balance properly because our aging canon hv20 is really on it's last legs. we will still use it as a second camera because it's 1080i hdmi signal but we really have to get something new now. i've had it five years. that's good in video camera technology let me tell you! :)

every so often we have lunch time events for the residents of lace market house to catch up and chat over lunch.  we have recently had tamales from rico mexican kitchen that go down really well - tomorrow we are looking at having some soup and breads from carmen (@yorkshiregirl) who is a fantastic writer and cook.

it's £4 a head if you fancy it.  i'm not sure if she is bringing any cakes in tomorrow but the ones we had last week were amazing.

hannah dropped into the studio yesterday to do a piece to camera quickly with alistair campbell - it was great so i decided to throw it up on my blog as well until i get some copy back from hannah about it and some links.

things move pretty fast around the fibrecamp space right now.

it was great to have chelsea around the last few days to see the fibrecamp space first hand and to hear what she thought about a number of things. i felt that cj should get a bunch more in conversations together so it made perfect sense to have chelsea talk to cj about all the things she is working on right now.

i'm looking forward to working with chelsea on a number of projects in the future (if i get the chance too of course!) because we have a certain affinity for similar aspects of digital working, blogging and start-up development.

great week so far.

on monday i found out that we had won the seedup money, got interviewed by lloydie who was covering for a show on BBC Nottingham and i recorded a skype interview with alabama web site and tv station waff.com - to at least return the favor to lloydie i thought i would pull him into the studio for a quick chat the day after.

sorry about the video quality and audio quality in some parts i had it on the wrong codec so i've been getting a poor frame rate capture for the last few recordings i have done - sorry about that.

great chat thou and i would love to do some kind of social media show with BBC Nottingham in the near future. in the meantime I'm gonna check out the improv show when i'm next free at the glee club.
