good catchup with everyone this morning.

caught my eye this morning.

you might have seen dan before but have not seen him that often, he's around tonight for social work the friday evening event at antenna between 5-7pm so do pop in and say hello.

this is not a camera picture, this is painted - awesomely.  this is what dan does as a job, every single day and he approaches his work with a clarity and precision that i can only aspire too.  i guess we have different ways in the way that we perform our passions.

when things are settled i look forward to dan painting a picture of me and ella for the ark.  it should have pride of place on the back wall.

yesterday morning was great.

we had the biggest turnout for refresh friday at antenna where you can get 20% of your breakfast between 8am-11am (they even had a £15 for membership deal on) - i did a round table who's who because we had such a big crowd and i'd like to introduce a 'show and tell' next over the coming weeks.  great to see a number of existing members reguarly attending and some brand new people every week.
